Purpose
Provide a single, accurate, real-time view of trips and per-stop ETAs, with proactive alerts and reason-coded risk flags.
This module eliminates check-calls, reduces customer inquiries, and enables proactive exception management through continuous visibility and intelligent alerting.
Minimum capabilities
While moving, P90 ≤5 min (SHOULD) and absolute MUST ≤10 min. When stationary, grace P90 ≤30 min.
ETA recompute median ≤2 min, P90 ≤5 min from new ping/event.
Coverage ≥90% of stops (≥15 min pre-arrival), opt-out honored and quiet hours enforced.
Reason-coded risks (traffic/HOS/dwell/weather) flagged ≥30 min before breach.
Hysteresis/debounce to reduce false events; track false positives/negatives.
Facility calendars/appointments; ELD + app + portal data fusion; weather/traffic enrichment; contact preferences; ETA bias monitoring.
Predictive dwell and facility scorecards; automatic bias correction.
